Paula is a top notch real estate agent and was able to sell our Mother's condo in under 20 days at the top price allowable by her condo association. We were told by the association that the type and size of the apartment was not selling, however Paula was able to get it done in warp speed! She was always there to help in any way from negotiating, inspection oversight, providing access for contractors to pushing for earliest closing date. She is the best of the best!

We actually found Paula through a Nextdoor recommendation and am so happy we did. Paula worked hard from initial offer up through closing on our new home, in always being extremely responsive, kept the lines of communication open between us and the seller to keep things moving along and all parties aligned with each other, especially when things got bottled up waiting on attorney's during the process. Towards the end when closing looked like it was going to be delayed she got on the phone and worked with the title company to find the problem and get all parties talking to push things through the finish line. Oh, can't forget her marketing and phenomenal pictures to get our current home on the market and sold by appointment only in a weekend's time. I know everyone knows a realtor but I can tell you from current and prior experience you want an experienced, responsive and effective realtor to take the journey with you. Give Paula a ring, she made all the difference.

Paula was incredible! We are first time home buyers and have heard horror stories about real estate agents pressuring you into buying a house or just not providing you with information. Paula made our home buying experience less stressful. She provided us with a ton of information and answered every question we had and then some. She guided us in the right direction, informed us about towns and school systems that we weren't aware of and made herself available around our busy schedule, quickly replying to our emails and texts. Not only is Paula/Pauline Franklin a superb realtor, she could also call herself a family counselor LOL. The family dynamic that I share with my co-owner/step mother of a two family house was less then Amicable. Paula was able to smooth things out and let us stay on schedule to get our investment property back on the market. She found us the ideal tenant and so far all is well. My relationship with my stepmother is better as a result. Also, the apartment looks so much better than it did when Paula first saw it. The property Is much more marketable now. Thank you Paula :-)
