She started in Real Estate in 2005. The market was booming when she first entered it, but quickly declined. She saw home prices plunge to half their value in some areas. It was a tough market for a New Realtor to be entering. However, as a spouse of a retired military man of 33 years, she knew there was a way to make her passion for real estate work. She knew that families who needed to sell despite the downturn of the market needed help. She enlisted the help of several Real Estate Attorneys and learned how to successfully maneuver through short sales and to help families save their credit and sell their homes. It was a very emotional time for families and she was happy to be able to help them through a rough time. Her passion for "loving a challenge" helped her to adapt to the ever-changing world of Real Estate. She is blessed to meet such wonderful families and share a wonderful experience with them. To date, she has sold over 110 million dollars of Real Estate. She is experienced in Residential buying and selling, Military Relocation, Investment properties, short sales and foreclosures, and Estate sales. Her goal is to make the buying or selling of her client's property simple and stress-free for them. She uses professional photographers, videographers, and beautiful glossy brochures to ensure her clients' home is presented to the public with class!
