We recently purchased a home through Paul Raines. She did a remarkable job and provided us with excellent customer care. We are combining two households and had some very specific requirements related to this. Paula was a great listener and steered us toward properties that met those needs and didn’t waste our time with showings of obviously unacceptable properties. She was also extremely patient with us as we looked at many, many houses. She was great facilitating communication with the seller, and helped us in many other ways, always making herself available to assist. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially in midtown Memphis.
