Paula has assisted me with several property sales. Whether it’s helping stage a house before listing, arranging for open houses, or scheduling showings and going early to turn on lights and make sure everything is just so, she always goes above and beyond.
She is equally as fabulous as a buyer’s agent. She has helped me find properties to purchase, assisted me in negotiating contracts, and walked me through the closing process.

Gold Medalist! If selling homes in West Georgia was an Olympic event, Paula Waters would be a gold medalist. Within the last 2 years, Paula has not only sold a home for us, she has also found us another home in downtown Carrollton that we love. She made both transactions a simple process for us and was able to anticipate any problems before they happened and made both seamless and pleasurable, which isn’t always the case when buying or selling a home. Paula is the best and we will definitely use her again if we ever decide to sell.

Believe the hype, Paula is who you want to handle your home buying. There is no substitute for her experience. She came highly recommended by the relocation team at my new job and they were spot on. She is by far the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. Very professional, timely, and will definitely advocate for you. As we were shopping from out of state and was only in town for one weekend, Paula scheduled the showings perfectly and even fit in a last minute showing before we left. She could do it because she has the networking and experience and thankfully; because the last one's the one we ended up choosing. She offers honest advice and suggestions and knows the market and neighborhoods (especially West GA) very well. She was impeccable on the value and ancillary considerations that are often overlooked. We really appreciate her attention to detail and her followthrough. She's down to earth, sincere, very responsive/advocates well for her clients, and has the integrity, professionalism, networking, and experience to get the job done. Very blessed and thankful for all her time and hard work for us.

Paula Waters is the best realtor in West Georgia. Paula was truly dedicated to selling our home with honesty and conquered any obstacle my ex and I had with professionalism and a positive attitude. Paula was honest and forthright and played no games regarding the realistic comps and true value of our home. Her expertise and knowledge was truly shown when she brought in a fabulous photographer and drone videographer to showcase our home online! She kept us informed about the showings and feedback from every viewing. She answered every call, text, or email no matter what day of the week or time of day. Above all Paula is honest and tells it how it is! Paula went above and beyond with patience and understanding from a distance with me being in another state. I couldn’t have made it through the closing without her being there to represent me. I now consider Paula Waters a true friend and highly recommend her to anyone selling a home.
