Fortunately for me I found Demy Cedano through one of her previous clients and I am so appreciative for that referral. Let me start by stating, I found my home from one of the several listings Demy found for me to choose from. Additionally, I resided in Georgia when Demy was introduced to me therefore, I had to come to her for my selection. I traveled two to three times a month (starting in mid January 2020 until March 6th) to attend each and every appointment required in the purchase process of my new and beautiful home.
My specific experience with Demy was that of a consummate professional subject matter expert with an inviting personality. Those characteristics alone would be enough (for me) to continue a professional relationship, and recommend Demy to everyone I know who is in the market to purchase a home. Demy, along with the seller and her agent presented the willingness to facilitate the purchase by being just as accommodating to me as I was to them. During my home purchase process, there were several pertinent issues that arose and yet collectively each party conceded to a compromise that satisfied all involved. Within the 45-60 day purchase process, I remained excited and pleased with Demy's efforts in spite of inconsequential difficulties that were discovered throughout. The title company (Supreme Title & Escrow Inc) that facilitated my closing, was just as professional and diplomatic. They were prepared with all documents in triplicate (when needed), they gave in-debt explanations throughout all of the legalities presented to me, and they offered an endless supply of beverages to a very parched client that was I (joke).
In conclusion, I contest that Demy Cedano is again, the consummate professional and I'd wage my new home on her professionalism and disposition against ANY AND ALL that want to refute me. This offers stands in perpetuity to all, (not joking).

We can highly recommend Paulina Hurtado. She is not only very good and passionate about what she does but also very personable which made the process very enjoyable.
Within a week of putting our house on the market we had several offers and shortly after our house was under contract. Unfortunately just a week before closing the buyers fell through and we had to go through the whole process again - now not in high season anymore. Paulina was determined, patient, diligent and persevered and because of that we got to sell our house at the same price that we would have had in high season. Jackie Lazo was wonderful! I am relocating from NJ which is stressful in itself but Jackie spent an enormous amount of time with me working within my short 4 day time period. Jackie was patient, kind and reassuring when I was feeling the pressure. In the end after 2 days of endless apartment viewings I found my perfect new home.
