Pauline Quartey took over the management of our home which we had to rent it due to a job transfer. We had extremely litigious tenants and oversaw an endless list of baseless complaints and repairs. Pauline isn't just knowledgeable, she has a great heart. She's empathetic, kind, and goes the extra mile. For example she went to court with me twice when those tenants sued my husband and I. She has also helped us navigate a tough HOA. We feel blessed to have her in our corner.
