We were able to buy our first home with everything we were looking for under asking price during a time when that was almost impossible. Where do I even begin. To give some background, I had been working with another realtor for about a year as my wife and I looked around Northern VA for our first home. After about a year of looking and numerous denied offers, we pretty much gave up and we decided we were just going to rent. About two days before we signed our apartment lease, we received a call from Pedro.

Pedro expressed his willingness to work with us but at the time, I was so frustrated with our previous home buying experience that I told Pedro I would only work with him if he was able to quickly find us an off market property.

I kid you not, Pedro found us an off market property that was literally our dream home, within 48 hours. We were able to close on the property within 30 days and Pedro helped walk us through the entire process in a way that made us feel assured that we were in good hands.

I can’t recommend Pedro enough. He is the best realtor in all of Virginia!! Pedro is not only an amazing realtor but he is also an extremely knowledgeable real expert that has helped my wife and I on a few other real estate projects throughout the years. If you’re looking to buy a home, don’t hesitate to reach out and work with Pedro. I promise you it will be the best decision you make.

Pedro was the greatest realtor/individual I could have hoped to work with. Not only did he get me my house AT ASKING PRICE in Northern Virginia which is unheard of, but thank to him I got a 2.8% interest rate. 6 months later, my house is up 5% in value and interest rates are over 5.25% for a comparable loan. This was all thanks to him staying in touch with me until I was able to buy and making it all happen. He is an expert in the field and his knowledge is unmatched. 11/10 recommend.

The BEST!! I’m a first time home buyer and honestly I didn’t have that much of a clue of how to start or what to do etc.. but Pedro made it so easy, he was always available, he answered all my questions and he was always communicating with me. The search was a little complicated because of the features I was requesting and my budget at first I was like I don’t think I’m going to find something like that. However, Pedro made it possible! He was so determined and patient. He guided me throughout the entire process explaining everything very well and making sure I was getting the best. I couldn't have had a better experience. Now, I’m beyond happy, I have a house that I can call home!
