Pedro did an outstanding job for me in selling my mother's home in Burton. As I reside in Grand Rapids Pedro was always willing to go the extra mile for anything needed at the house (meeting repair people, etc). He provided a great market plan and helped us negotiate a very fair offer that was higher than my initial expectations. Especially impressive is how well Pedro stays in touch and how responsive he is to communication. Overall Pedro did a terrific job for us and would use or recommend him to anyone needing a first class realtor.

To help my folks move, living out of state myself, and moving them out of state. We needed a realtor we could count on; Pedro was that person. Being I lived 5 hours away, Pedro did quite a bit more than what I would have expected a realtor to do. Originally our plan was to conduct an estate sale first and then sell. After talking and considering his professional advice, we opted to put the home on the market. In less than 14 days of our original meeting, the home was sold. Pedro went above and beyond, and we are thankful for his expertise and help along the way.
