About Peggie

Peggie Grossman was born and raised on Chicago’s southwest side in the Beverly neighborhood. With formal training at Harrington College of Design in Chicago, Peggie earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. As a new graduate, Peggie worked as a Design Coordinator for a prominent residential home builder on Chicago’s North Shore. Peggie played a significant role in product development and interior selections coordination for new home buyers in several notable, award winning, projects across the Chicagoland area.

A few years later, Peggie followed her dreams of life outside Chicago and headed east to New York where she became the Interior Designer for a boutique hotel development group in Manhattan. While in New York, she spearheaded the design development of two new ground-up hotels. She selected all interior finishes, as well as artwork and accessories to create a cohesive style for each new brand. She also worked on several renovations of lobbies, corridors, common areas and guest rooms at existing properties on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Times Square and Midtown neighborhoods.

Five years later, her life brought her back home to Chicago where she and her
husband settled down in Beverly. Driven by her passion for architecture, new
construction and design, Peggie found a career in Real Estate a natural transition. In 2012, Peggie became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Her foundation in design allows her to see great potential in the homes she tours with her buyers, while her attention to detail is a major asset for the sellers whose homes she stages to market and sell.
