Peggy is the absolute best to work with. She helped me through the home buying process when houses were selling within hours of being on the market. Despite the stressful market conditions she kept a positive attitude and helped me to find the perfect home. Even after I purchased my home she has continued to be helpful with any questions I’ve had as a first time home buyer. Could not recommend her enough.

Purchasing a home in the current market is so stressful. I can't imagine navigating it with any agent other than Peggy Todd! She is thorough and knows how to offer competitively. She explained the process to us in a way that made perfect sense, and put together our contract quickly and efficiently. She has always been available to answer our questions, and she has continued to do so even after we closed. There is a reason she is Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors Realtor of the year!! Worked with Peggy to purchase a second home which meant I was several hours away during the entire home buying process. Peggy was AMAZING. So helpful. Went out of her way to address issues with a seller before, during, and AFTER the closing was complete. Peggy is personable, responsive, listens well to needs and concerns, and definitely looks out for the buyers interests. Would use Peggy again in a heartbeat!!
