I was referred to Pennie by another realtor, and my experience with her was wonderful. I had her working hard to find a house, and she would return my calls right away. She was there all the way. I felt her service was personal and that she was very patient with me. What impressed me the most is how serene she always was and that she wasn't pushy. She gave me my space. She understood what I wanted and made suggestions. Then she would let me choose. She was always there for me and finally, after one year of intense searching, we closed on a beautiful house. She was at the closing even though she had just arrived from a trip to China. Her dedication is simply amazing. I would recommend Pennie 100%!
