About Penny

Penny is the definition of a true native of Paulding County. Born and raised in Dallas, she is the descendant of five generations from Paulding County dating back to around 1830. Her roots run deep in Paulding and in real estate alike. A graduate of Paulding County High School, Penny worked in the medical field for some time before obtaining her real estate license in 2005. Penny is a charter member of the Paulding Board of Realtors, specializing in residential new construction and resale real estate. Penny is married to David and has a son, Brandon, two daughters, Rachel and Alexis and a granddaughter, Clara. Penny loves travel, University of Georgia football, live music and treasures time spent with family and friends. Whether dealing with a buyer, seller or fellow real estate professional, Penny takes pride in providing top-notch customer service, extending southern hospitality to the business of real estate. Her favorite part of being a Realtor is the look on the face of a client who walks into ‘the one’ when house hunting.
