Penny Berg

With more than two decades of real estate experience, Penny Berg has worked for a premier national real estate firm in residential re-sales; as an on-site sales associate for a new luxury home development; and manager of large multifamily communities. Currently associated with Keller Williams, The Goodridge Team, she specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, investors and those seeking their forever dream home. And for sellers, Penny offers effective marketing strategies—including social media—to ensure top dollar for their property. Penny and her family were drawn to the charm of Saratoga in 2006 with a summer home. After enjoying the town lifestyle that includes walking to restaurants, shopping, parks and the farmers market, they decided to make the move permanent. She is licensed as a Realtor in both Florida and New York state. In her free time Penny enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and practicing yoga.
