To most people, her role as a real estate agent is to buy and sell houses. In reality, she wears many different hats, inside and outside real estate. As a real estate agent in Middle Tennessee, her most important role may be that of an educator. Real estate transactions can be confusing and frustrating if you aren't involved with them daily as she is. It's her job to ensure her clients completely understand the market and the process we need to follow. She also has the job of keeping them in the know. Nothing can be more upsetting than someone trying to buy or sell a house and not having a clue about what's happening. So, she ensures she answers the phone when they call or gets back to them ASAP. When clients are involved in what may be the most extraordinary financial and emotional transaction of their lives, she provides a calming influence by keeping them informed. On other days, she may serve as a reassuring advisor, helping them find the bright side even when circumstances aren't going the way they hoped. Sometimes, too, she's a strong negotiator, making sure they get the best deal possible. Always she's a trusted adviser, assisting them in making wise decisions that will affect them for years to come. She often calls on her experience as someone who has moved often to help people relocating into or out of Williamson or Davidson Counties adjust to the new life that awaits them. And in a new technology-driven age, she's e-PRO®-certified to ensure the beautiful technologies at our disposal work for their benefit. Outside of real estate, she's a devoted wife and mother, providing her kids are prepared to face the world. She has a degree in Art Education from Long Island University. She's also a Master Gardener with the Master Gardeners Association, where she volunteers to help make the world more beautiful. Educator. Negotiator. Adviser. Relocation Specialist. e-PRO® expert.
