I was referred to Penny Ray by a friend and was very impressed with her knowledge of the Las Vegas area. I am from California and had no idea what area would be best for me to purchase my first home but once I let her know what I was looking for I was not dissapointed. She has been very informative throughout the entire process from showing me properties to the close of escrow, I always knew what was going on. The Short Sale process can be frustrating and it really makes a difference to have someone who knows how to deal with the banks to make it happen! I would refer Penny Ray to anyone looking to purchase a home in Las Vegas or California.
