About Penny
Penny was born and raised in the Driver area of Suffolk, Virginia. She moved to Norfolk in the early 80’s after beginning her Property Management Career with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., where she was a Resident Manager of a Norfolk Apartment Complex for 10 years. She returned after having her first child and worked for a long established Real Estate firm in Norfolk where she worked as a Property Manager for almost 20 years. Penny came to Nancy Chandler Associates® looking for a fresh start with almost 30 years in the business. We are proud to welcome her. Penny will tell you that her Owners and the properties she manages are of the utmost importance to her. She will treat your property as if it were her own. Outside of the office, Penny enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
