Penny Toth

Born and raised in Michigan, Penny graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in French with minors in both Spanish and art history. She also earned an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College. Before starting her career in Real Estate, Penny worked as a Chef at the Ritz-Carlton along with running her own successful catering business. Penny has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe indulging her passions for architecture, design, gardening, and food. Penny’s educational background, work experience, and travel have led her to the career in Real Estate that she has loved and continues to grow earning her awards as an Hour Media All Star and to be in the top 20% of agents within her company. Penny’s 19+ years in the real estate industry will bring a wealth of knowledge for home sales and purchases in every price point and condition.
