It was always our goal to buy a beautiful house, when we were ready to start that journey ,my husband and I have prayed so God would send us the right realtor who would not only guide us, but who could allow us to make the best decision on our home. My sister introduced us to Perpetua.

First off I would like to say “Thank you” to Perpetua for being the best realtor to ever step foot in the business. She was so dedicated and never just tried to just push a sale. She made sure that all of my expectations of my first home and all of the things on my checklist was met ,starting from the location and to the little things that I had on my list. Also she is very honest and doesn’t accept for you to just settle with anything; she assures you that the journey may be long but in the long run to make sure you’re satisfied with the choice she asked a lot of questions to make sure it was in my benefit, nothing could get passed her.
If anyone is planning on buying a home or even selling a home trust and know you’ll be in good hands with Perpetua.

Perpetua is the kind of Agent you want to have by your side ! She helped us with 2 properties and both times we were quite satisfied with her services.She is obliging and very conversant with the Real estate markets.Her Informed advise extends well into making the right choices on property investment.
Many agents are quick to making a sale to get their cut but she allowed and encouraged us to take time when we felt the need to.
I will definitely reach out to her for my next investment.
