“Buying and finding a house in a seller’s market was not an easy task, and Perri pulled it off beautifully. We closed on our Pittsburgh home on a Thursday, and closed on our new Philly condo the very next day! It's not surprising that my stress level was high, and Perri patiently walked us through the process--- especially dealing with the necessary documents. Her years of experience showed: She was cool, calm, prompt and patient, as she expertly juggled all the logistics . Anytime we were interested in a condo, Perri moved fast as properties were selling so quickly. When we finally found the right place, Perri made sure that the necessary repairs were completed. She's an excellent negotiator and helped us to obtain the beautiful, modern condo of our dreams. My husband and I highly recommend Perri.”
