Perry was born and raised in Bowling Green, Ky., and attended WKU. For over 30 years he operated Thessen Concrete Contracting, laying concrete floors in commercial buildings all over the Southeast with a crew of 20-25 men. When he closed his company, he went into real estate with Hunt Auctioneers and Weichert Realty. Perry is known for his work ethic, honesty, and drive for perfection in all he does, no matter how long it takes! He lives with his wife, Meredith, in Alvaton with horses, cats, a dog and a bunny.
