About Pete

Peter has been involved in the housing industry for over 40 years, first as a union carpenter, then as a general contractor and for more than 10 years as a full time Realtor. He collaborates with buyers and sellers of residential real estate, with investors and with developers in Santa Cruz County and throughout the greater Monterey Bay area. He strives to provide his clients with the best service possible. He is a graduate of Cabrillo College and the University of California Santa Cruz. He has lived and worked in Santa Cruz County since 1972. He is actively involved in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Arbor Cove Senior Commons, a senior housing facility. He serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries. He has served as a CASA advocate, and he is a member of the Santa Cruz Longboard Union Surfing Club. He is an active supporter of a number of local charities including our Museum of Art & History and KZSC College Radio. He has earned the GRI and e-Pro designations and last year, he achieved our company's highest sales award, Circle of Champions. His building back round, extensive local knowledge and education affords him to the opportunity to help his clients analyze their home buying and selling decisions from the point of view of experience and knowledge. He is blessed to live in one of the most beautiful geographical areas on earth. Their beaches border the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary, and their community is surrounded by the Santa Cruz Mountains, home to dramatic redwood forests and a diverse collection of flora and fauna. He gets to enjoy surfing, mountain biking, golf and tennis and he takes full advantage of these opportunities whenever possible. He also enjoys singing in my church choir, wine tasting at local wineries and dining at great local restaurants. Santa Cruz is an amazing place to live, and he is proud to call it home.
