Pete is a full time real estate broker, who is honest, loyal, and committed to the client. My background is unmatched, which gives me an edge over his competitors. Pete was raised on a farm in Jefferson County and graduated from the University of Platteville. Prior to real estate, he was in the Feed Industry for 20 years, sharpening his skills in sales, customer service, and business/sales management. This experience helps him understand the value of providing excellent service to his clients.
Since 2005, Pete has had the pleasure of working in over 30 different counties throughout Wisconsin, representing sellers and buyers in many different types of real estate transactions: country estates, working farms, recreational land or residential properties. Pete believes that in order to truly get a feel for a property and its potential value, you have to put your feet on the ground; and so, for larger parcels, he uses his UTV for property research and tours. Pete's knowledge of municipal zoning procedures is an added bonus that can be useful in determining a property’s potential value.
Pete's passion for the outdoors and land extends beyond my career; so, while he enjoys getting the job done, he also enjoys what life has to offer by spending time with his wife and three children on land of his own.
