Pete Oliver

In this role, Mr. Oliver is dedicated to serving the needs of his clients--through acquisition, sale, or professional management and leasing. Mr. Oliver has lived in the Midlands of South Carolina his entire life and resides in Lexington County, where he is active in many civic and professional activities including the Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce. Pete has over 25 years experience in residential and commercial real estate both as a manager and as an owner/investor. He is a South Carolina licensed Broker-in-Charge, and has completed over 334 hours in Appraisal through the Appraisal Institute. He has passed the Appraisal Institute's SRA Exam, the South Carolina Certified General Appraiser Examination, and the South Carolina Certified Residential Appraiser Examination. Pete is also the founder of an analytics firm that provides customized market data to real estate developers and investors.
