My husband and I used Pete for the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous home and had a great experience. Pete did everything to accommodate our busy work schedules in regards to searching for a new home and listing our old home. For example, he would meet with us later in the evening to go look at houses, got us into homes ASAP so we wouldn't miss the opportunity to put an offer in on something during this crazy market. As far as listing our home, he did a great job marketing it by using a great photographer and listing it at the perfect price that got us tons of foot traffic and resulted with an offer in less than 48 hours. Pete really cares about his clients and will be honest with you throughout the whole buying/selling process. He does everything to advocate for his clients and we will definitely be using him for our future purchase/sale and recommend him to all of our friends and family looking for a new home or selling!

We have had Pete Rodriguez as our realtor on (3) three different occasions. Each time we have seen how Pete’s years of experience and ability to handle problems comes to the forefront when needed. On our most recent interaction with Pete, our property was unfairly low-balled on the appraisal. Pete was quick to protest the low appraisal and requested a new and accurate appraisal.

When it was apparent that the new appraisal would not come back in time to allow us to close on the date we needed Pete went back to the negotiation table to obtain a higher price closer to the offer price – allowing us the money to purchase our new house – within the timeframe we needed.

I am very happy with Mr. Pete’s service. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and he is willing to take his time to explain everything to me. When I contacted with Mr. Pete, he was able to see my house next day. He has a great team that takes care of everything for me and they have lot of experience . His photographer was excellent too.
