We owe an incredible move to Peter Boutros. His professionalism, patience, understanding, and ethics are impeccable. We felt that real estate taxes paid every year to the State of NJ were no longer advantageous or amenable to our retired lifestyle. In searching for a realtor, we finally met with peter. This was an interview from both sides. Were we willing to work with him and was he willing to list our home of 37 years? This, undoubtedly, was a harrowing and very sentimental decision to be made. Therefore, we required a realtor with knowledge and expertise to allay our concerns. Let me point out, this was not about commissions. Of course, it has its place on the ladder, but with Peter, unlike many others, it never appeared to be the driving force. When you engage a realtor you, at least we did, want transparency, honesty, efficiency, and understanding. Peter is 4 for 4! With an overall 10+. I think I have given the reader of this testimonial, no we were not paid, more reasons to put their trust in Peter Boutros.
One final note, our attorney of 30 years had passed away and we were left without a friend and legal counsel. Faced with that conundrum we reached out to Peter who provided us with the names of 3 different attorneys. It was another home run! We had an extremely efficient team.
Moving is hard and stressful; subsequently, you need people that will 'watch your back.'
Peter Boutros will do just that!

I have been supported by Peter over two weekends in Mach 2022, during which he managed to make me tour 14 listings in Bloomfield, West Orange, Bergen, and Newark. He succeeded to compile very good options; I liked the majority of the listings I toured and placed offers on two of them.
I am myself an architect and urban planner and can tell a neighborhood’s potentials and a building’s pros and cons. However, I am not only a first time home buyer but a first timer in the US to which I recently moved. My interaction with Peter was not only eye-opening; it allowed valuable knowledge transfer to a home-buyer. Peter’s involvement and advices were comprehensive and well-informed, ranging from price evaluations, community networks, inspection and contingencies, infrastructure and solar generation of electricity, parking, connections to transit, walkability, possible alterations, equity potentials, to legal procedures. Peter does indeed put his heart in his job and this is - though a rare quality - an important characteristic of the person I entrust with my choice of home/well-being. Peter was also generous in connecting me with realtors in NY and Philadelphia (after I found NewJersey’s taxes high).
I can confidently say that Peter’s support was literally similar to his business moto: ‘stunning’!

Peter was the first real-estate agent I got to work with and his support was nothing short of excellent. My family is quite picky with the homes we were interested in. Peter listened very mindfully and patiently before explaining or providing any advice. He was very personally involved in touring homes with us, pointing out details and features of the home, like age, plumbing, basement features that are beneficial (e.g. heater+cooling units in basements, the piping) or might prove troublesome (e.g. needing heavy renovation). There is also relevant local information that Peter knew on general areas and neighborhoods that is very difficult to find about on our own or online. I will start off by saying, we are now home owners and it’s because Peter and Maria made the process very smooth and easy for us. We never worried about anything when we ran into any issue, from price negotiation, to finding an oil tank, testing for soil, closing and negotiating a credit. They were there for us with all the ups and downs (more ups then downs) but always ensured us that everything will be fine and directed us to the right steps. If you’re looking for a real estate investing friendly agent, Peter is your guy. Not only did he understand my needs/wants as a real estate investor, he was also extremely knowledgeable in the market of Essex county. Unfortunately, I never closed on a deal with Peter due to switching to another market for personal reasons. He respected my honesty and decision of switching markets and wished me the best of luck. To this day he still checks up to see how my real estate investing is going - which I really appreciate! If I do decide to invest in his market again, I will without a doubt work with him.

I bought my first house with Pete. What a guy! It was a battle with the seller but because of Peter's knowledge and constant guidance I was able to close 34k under asking and appraised 60k over the purchase price. I worked with many other realtors in the past but was unhappy with the results. A great guy overall, that is always looking out for you and answers all your stupid questions in detail at any time of the day. I highly recommend him to all my friends and colleagues and will definitely be a return customer.
