I worked with Peter Chapman on the selling of my Mom's house in Stratford and he was fabulous. Peter is Professional, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, very Patient and easy to work with. He guided me through the whole process on what changes He would suggest making to the house to increase the marketability, to an extremely thorough comparative spreadsheet he presented for all of the offers. When unexpected situations arose, Peter went above & beyond his role as the selling agent and helped rectify any of the obstacles with the buyers. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Peter Chapman to assist in the buying or selling of any home. This has been the third transaction that Peter Chapman was used in our family and if there are any other Real Estate transactions in the future , we will definitely use Peter again.

After successfully purchasing our new home with Peter, there was no question on who to go with to sell our old home. We met with Peter months before we were personally ready to sell and his knowledge and guidance blew us away. From his initial market analysis to his suggestions on preparing the home for sale, the whole experience really opened our eyes. He was always ready to answer questions and even stopped by to see the progress along the way. Peter is also not afraid to get his hands dirty.

When we were finally ready to list and sell the home, Peter could not have made it any easier in lining up everything that needed to be done and working with our busy schedule.

In the end, we received multiple offers and the sale result was the best possible outcome. I cannot recommend Peter enough.
