As a nineteen-year real estate veteran, Peter L. DeMarco is an excellent problem-solver, negotiator, and has an unwavering commitment to his clients.

Peter is an accomplished Realtor whose experience in the industry has given him the qualifications to work with buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. From first-time homeowners to those interested in purchasing commercial buildings, Peter certainly has seen it all and his depth of experience is an asset to his clients. Peter approaches everything with a fresh perspective always looking forward to meeting—and solving—challenges.

What truly differentiates Peter are his people skills and strong work ethic. At the age of sixteen, he started working at his father’s automotive repair shop where he learned the value of communication and customer service. Since then, he has attended Vintage Real Estate Academy, nursing school (where he earned his CNA), and was a small business owner for seventeen years.

A desire to take charge of his own business and help others propelled Peter’s interest in becoming a real estate agent. During his nineteen-year career, Peter’s favorite aspect of his job continues to be meeting new people and addressing their real estate needs. When asked what sets him apart from his peers, Peter’s answer always comes back to his clients: he is proactively responsive to people and approaches every client relationship with honesty and integrity.

Peter L. DeMarco is currently a resident of Sugarloaf where he is active in the community. Peter is currently a member of the Luzerne County Board of Realtors, Co-Chair of the Hazleton City Land Bank Board, and a Luzerne County District Attorney Youth Aid panelist. Additionally, Peter is a volunteer for both Nuremberg and Sugarloaf Fire Companies. When he has some free time, Peter enjoys hiking, target shooting, and photography—a hobby which certainly reinforces his eye for detail.
