Peter Green

Peter Green is a trusted real estate advisor for anyone looking to buy, sell, invest, or rent in Chicago or the North Shore. He joined @properties in 2015 to pursue his lifelong passion for real estate. Peter's real estate experience has involved renovating and flipping properties, helping clients build new construction homes, working with first-time home buyers, and assisting clients who are relocating to the city from the suburbs or out of state.

Peter's affiliation with the Kevin Wood Group, a boutique team of Chicago real estate brokers with more than 60 years of combined experience, provides him access to a team that has been involved in hundreds of transactions of single-family homes, condos, co-ops, multi-unit buildings, and investment properties in many Chicago neighborhoods. The group ranks among @properties' top-producing teams and is consistently recognized as being one of the most highly regarded brokerage groups in the Chicago real estate market.

Prior to real estate, Peter worked in commercial banking for a premier Chicago middle-market bank. A North Shore native and New Trier graduate he holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and management from American University in Washington, D.C. When not working, he enjoys rollerblading on the 606, walking on the lakefront, skiing, cooking, baking, traveling, and trying new restaurants in the city's diverse neighborhoods. He currently lives in River North with his dog, Hank.
