Peter Grosso is the answer to anyone looking for a realtor to sell or buy a home! He came to us highly recommended by our Grandson!
He is very knowledgeable and puts his heart and soul into all he does! And if needed, he will do it all! From the first day you meet and retain him to sell a home, or help you to buy a new one, till the day of the closing, there is nothing he won’t take care of for you! Whatever develops he is always available to take care of it! I can’t thank him enough for always addressing any concerns that we had! It was always smooth sailing all the way! Making the decision to sell one's childhood home, which had been built, owned, and lived in solely by one's immediate family for over 65 years, is a traumatic and somber experience, particularly following the death of one's last surviving parent, who lived in the home at the time of her death.
Peter Grosso was recommended to us via one of our local RE/MAX agents, as I live out of the State of New York. Upon our first conversation with Peter, I felt his compassion, professionalism, depth of understanding, patience, and warmth. While it was nearly a year after meeting him that our home was actually placed on the market, Peter discreetly and comfortably remained in contact with me, answered countless questions, calmed endless doubts, and honored my concerns and viewpoints.
When the house was placed on the market, it received offers within two days. Peter guided us through more questions and wonderings. He made himself available to us 24/7 (no exaggeration...he literally works around the clock), and helped us continually through the processes of accepting an offer, the legal real estate protocols for New York State, through the final days of the closing. Factor in that all these processes were carried on during the worst months of the COVID-19 pandemic, and from out-of-state...with various twists and turns along the way...
Peter never wavered in his care, compassion, patience, and professionalism. His guidance and care and hard work are guiding lights in an emotional and challenging experience. I will always be proud and honored to praise and recommend him.

We had the pleasure of working with Peter. I had saw through social media he was very involved in the community such as providing meals to nurses at Stonybrook hospital and I remember thinking “ how sweet when we move I will definitely give that guy a call”.
So when the time came to move- we called him.
Due to financial reasons on our end(twice) we still have yet to move. However each time Peter was more helpful than the last. He explains things throughly and explains things multiple times when you don’t understand something with unlimited patience. He makes the process fun instead of stressful. You feel reassured that there may be bumps along the way but he will give you 100% to fix whatever needs fixing.

If you want someone with limitless patience, massive knowledge and someone who will treat you like a genuine VIP- this is your guy.
Hopefully 3rd time is a charm for us with moving and we will be calling Peter again no question.
