Peter Harriadine

As a business leader and a real estate professional Peter works in both sales and management of real property and works with residential and commercial real estate. In addition to management and sales he has also been involved in real estate investing and development. Peter has been part of the Harman Property Management team since 2005 and has been instrumental in overseeing the continued growth, development, and success of the company.

Peter has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has had an active real estate license since 2007. Peter is committed to our industry and strives to be the best he can be. He is an active member of the Utah Apartment Association (UAA) where he has served on its Board of Directors and also on its Executive, Government Affairs, Membership, and Community Service committees. Peter has been recognized by the UAA and presented with the Property Manager of the Year award for the State of Utah. Peter is also an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and has been recognized as a faculty member for the National Apartment Association’s Education Institute.

As part of his ongoing education and commitment to the industry Peter has achieved the distinguished national designation of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is also a graduate of the UAA’s Leadership Lyceum Training course and was selected as a candidate, and awarded a scholarship, for the NAA’s Leadership Lyceum Training course. Peter is currently enrolled as a Certified Property Manager Canditate with the Institute of Real Estate Managagment.

Peter is originally from Brighton, England and has been a resident of Utah since 1994 and Utah County since 2001, he currently resides in Pleasant Grove with his wife and three children.
