Peter Hayes

Peter Hayes possesses effective management skills, high profile sales experience, has a strong computer orientation, and has been an active member of the land development and construction community for over 20 years. He served as construction supervisor for Murray Franklyn Corporation on residential subdivisions with a yearly production of 10 to 12 homes. Peter interacted with most of the major contractors and developers in the Puget Sound Region as exclusive residential real estate consultant to develop marketing and development plan for over 7,000 acres for Glacier Park Company, a subsidiary of Burlington Resources, Inc., over 79,000 acres for Plum Creek Timber L.P, and 300 acres in Snohomish County for Port Blakely Tree Farms LLC. Currently retained by Issaquah School District to locate to date 11 future school sites. Closed over 10,000 acres of land with a market value well in excess of $200 million dollars from 1981-Present.
