Peter Montesanto

Peter L. Montesanto comes to Duston Leddy with over 35 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in the New England area. A prominent figure in the Boston real estate industry, Peter focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate; retail, tenant advisory, landlord representation, warehouse and industrial as well as property sales. Before joining Duston Leddy, Peter started with The Dartmouth Company as Director of Leasing for 26 years. He then headed up the Retail division at Colliers International and most recently as Principal and Market Leader at SRS Real Estate Partners Boston. Montesanto works with US and International retailers such as Shake Shack, LA Fitness, Crate and Barrel, Old Navy, Kohls, Petsmart, Panera Bread, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, Chili's, Starbucks and Five Guys. Completing over 500 retail leases and representing over 2 million sqft of retail space as a landlord representative. Peter resides in York, ME with his wife Lynne and has two children Whitney and Jack.
