Peter Pesoli

As a native Austinite, Peter Pesoli has spent much of his life in the construction and public service fields. His mother founded and operated Austin Montessori School and his father was a professor at St. Edward’s University.

At age 16, Peter began working on houses and learning the construction process. When he was just 21 years old, he purchased and remodeled his first two investment properties. After honing his construction skills, Peter joined the Austin Fire Department where he spent 20 years serving the City of Austin. In 1989, Peter obtained his Real Estate License and in 2001 he joined the HomeVestors franchise system and has since purchased, remodeled, and sold over 400 homes in the Austin area. In 2018, his wife Daliah joined the company as Project Manager and Designer, elevating the style and design of each remodel.

Combining his passion for construction and building well-crafted homes, Peter approaches each project with care and precision.
