About Peter

“I am a California native; I just did not happen to be born here.” Realizing that California is a “State-of-Mind” and having been a resident (by choice) since 1983, Peter takes immense pleasure in helping others embrace the California lifestyle here in beautiful Northern California. With over four decades of experience in sales and marketing, He understands the value of listening to a client’s needs and preferences; and enjoys helping the client accomplish their goals of home or property ownership. His knowledge of the market, integrity, skills of negotiation, focus on service and business acumen will help you achieve your real estate goals whether you are buying or selling. Peter understands what works and what does not from the client’s viewpoint. My personal goal is to retain the client relationship for the long term, by making the process of selling and/or buying real estate as seamless and transparent as possible, by identifying his client’s wants and needs to find the best real estate solution, and by completing the transaction on a timely basis.

Peter and his wife, Maggie, and their Aussie, Sydney moved to Oakmont in the spring of 2015. He began his real estate career in the Palm Springs area in 2004 and has served as a Director of the Board of Directors for the CA Desert Association of Realtors (CDAR) and Chairman of the CDAR Government Relations Committee. He has been recognized with the President’s Award for outstanding service as a Director of CDAR. His prior career executive positions in Sales, Marketing, and Management with Telecommunications and Networking firms in Silicon Valley. He is an avid swimmer and an occasional golfer, cyclist, and hiker. He participated in two CA Coast Classic (CCC) Bike Tours, supported by Amgen and in support of The Arthritis Foundation. The CCC Tour is a bike ride of 525 miles from San Francisco to Santa Monica and is an amazing experience.
