About Peter

Peter has been a licensed real estate professional since 2005. He began his career as an assistant to David and Mike Voges. During that time they were consistently in the top 5 highest selling real estate teams in Missouri. In 2001 Mike passed away and they rebranded the team name to The Voges/Vishion Team. Their team now consists of 5-licensed agents: David Voges, Margot Vishion, Beth Kessler, Margie Delgado and himself. While their production is designated as team status they operate slightly different that most mega-agent teams out there. They have a point person for every sale or listing. That point person will be with you every step of the way. They do not take a listing and then hand you off to an assistant. They prefer a more hands on approach. If you have questions you can call them anytime, day or night. Once they have your home under contract they will not assign you to a closing coordinator or transaction coordinator, they personally handle the building inspection, paperwork, coordination of work, title work etc... The benefit of being on a team is that they have 5-agents working together to get your house sold or find that dream home for you. they all collaborate on ideas and strategies when representing clients on one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
