About Peter

Peter was first licensed as real estate salesperson 1992 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1995. He has been a coastal California resident for about 60 years, and since then he has been the former director of California Association of Realtors, Rural and Environmental Committees, Coastal Mendocino Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Services. He has also founded the Realtor's Scholarship Fund to benefit local students involved in community service and the arts.

Many of Peter’s specialties in real estate include construction, renovation, remodeling, restoration and preservation. He is prolific in sales experience and has an in-depth familiarity with local property, people, politics, buildings, building practices, neighborhoods, and environmental conditions.

Outside of real estate, Peter is known to be a world travel, as he has been to over 20 countries. He is best known to be a natural caregiver to his kids, his rescue fox terrier, and the birds that he feeds daily.
