Petra was the listing agent for a house my husband and I sold in Jonesborough. Without hesitation, I recommend Petra for her real estate expertise and her character. In fact, Petra has a current listing as the result of my recommendation (and Petra impressing the owners, of course). From a seller's perspective, Petra did what she said she would do. I asked for quick feedback on showings and she did that. I asked her to include certain photo shots in her listing and she did that. Petra is high-energy, focused on her clients, and a good person. Petra Becker was the selling agent for my home I purchased when I moved to Johnson City. What an awesome broker. She not only made sure her client was taken care of but she followed up with me for weeks after the sale to make sure my needs were met since I was new to the community even though she wasn't my broker. I've relyed on her for some months for references and referrals for craftsmen to work in my home. And all of her referrals have delivered excellent customer service and quality. I had a bad impression of a broker that I had worked with a couple of weeks previous to meeting Petra that caused me to loose a home that I had made an offer on. It was meant to be becuse when I initiated a tour of Petra's listing although it was pouring down cold rain she stayed with me crawling through the basement and attic, holding the flashlight, pointing out some issues and being a good sounding board of potential fixes. When I described what she had done with me during the showing to colleuges at work, everyone knew her for her quality reputation. The other agent provoked the opposite response. My recommendation about Petra is that she is the best broker I've ever worked with in the process of aquiring my five different homes over my life. She is honest about the good and the bad. She gives solid insight in how and who can help to remodel or repair your home. And she works hard for all that are involved in the sell/purchase of a home. She even thinks of selling when you don't know she is doing it. She told me in passing about another lovely peice of property. I passed that on to an aquaintance. She knew to plant the seed.
