I seldom write reviews, but Pey certainly left an impression that is more than deserving for one. Pey was patient, zealous, professional, and kind in helping me find a home. What sticks out most isn't only his friendly demeanor with his clients, but with his can-do attitude. Specifically, I told him I wanted to make an offer on a home, and Pey happily worked with me to make my offer (within my means) that was more attractive to the seller. And sure as the sky is blue, our offer was accepted! Moreover, while there were certain concessions I was willing to accept for closing costs, Pey went back to the seller and aggressively advocated on my behalf which resulted in me unexpectedly getting money back on closing. Lastly, during the contract period, Pey kept me up-to-date on all developments. In short, I overwhelmingly would recommend Pey as a real estate agent.

My house was on the market months before I called Pey. Honestly, I loved his insight and I got the feeling that he actually cared. So, I ended my contract with my agent and hired Pey. He came in, told me exactly what I needed to do - then he did so much work to prepare the house and literally got us 5 offers in one weekend.

The best part is they escalated significantly over my asking price. Pey warned me that they may come back and ask for money back on the home inspection... so he got them to waive it!

He really goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone!

Peyman helped me on the sale of my home, because of his professionalism, pro-activeness and excellent marketing my place got a contract within a week and the sale was stress free. He had so many people at the open house which really helped get the house seen by the community. If you're looking for a realtor who will be on your side 100% call Peyman he will not let you down. He will work with you and for you and provide you with great service. I have sold and bought houses in the past and this experience surpassed all other realtors I used in the past. Thank you Peyman!!
