Peyton Hyatt is a commercial real estate advisor at PWA Properties, a full-service brokerage, design, and development firm based in East Tennessee. The company provides end-to-end real estate solutions, guiding clients through every phase of the process — from site acquisition and entitlement to construction and disposition.

Licensed in both Tennessee and South Carolina, Peyton focuses on investment sales, land, and development-driven opportunities. He works closely with developers, contractors, and investors to help clients unlock value and streamline complex projects.

Before joining PWA, Peyton founded and sold Volunteer Marine Detailing, a successful business he built while attending the University of Tennessee. That entrepreneurial experience shaped his results-driven approach to real estate — combining strategic insight, strong relationships, and an emphasis on execution.
