Now specializing in multifamily investment sales and development at Avison Young in Charleston, SC, he focuses on mid-sized apartments.
While earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Information from the University of Tennessee, Peyton founded a successful business, scaling and selling it after graduation. This entrepreneurial background provides him with a deep understanding of market dynamics, strategic growth, and investment opportunities.
