Phanethia is the absolute best!!! I was super nervous about purchasing my first property and she made the experience a dream come true. Ms. Nina very professional and timely. When I send her a home that I like, and I send a lot. She responds right away to let me know that she received it and is working diligently on it. Within hours she has appointments set and information I need. She lets me know if the property may be something that I want to look at or may not want to waste my time. If I say I want to view the property she is there and is giving her constructive criticism according with the guidelines in which we have discussed that I am looking for in a home. She is great listener and has a great memory and with me bringing my girls along for most of my viewings she has also listened to them and also let’s me know when she sees something that she think will catch their eye as well. I recommend her for your home buying process.
