Phil Carloni

Born & raised in Branford, Phil knows Branford and the surrounding Shoreline towns intimately. He has been a full time REALTOR since 1983, working with hundreds of buyers & sellers over the years. He purchased the RE/MAX franchise in 1993 and was the broker of RE/MAX Alliance until 2013 when he sold the company. He has greatly enjoyed working with buyers and sellers as a Sales Associate since selling the company and is able to lend his years of experience to helping create a smooth transaction for his clients. He has been President of his local Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year, United Way Fund Drive Chair and President of the CT Statewide Multiple Listing Service. Phil has also served for over twenty years on the Professional Standards Committee of his local Board of Realtors. Over the years he has served on a number of boards and commissions in Branford and has also been a member of the Branford Rotary Club for over 30 years. He has been a passionate supporter of The Children's Miracle Network and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for over 20 years. Phil enjoys running, skiing, sailing, scuba diving, and the Red Sox. He has been married to his wife Hope for 35 years and has three fabulous kids!
