Phil went out of his way to find us the perfect house, driving quite a distance many times. We bought a house in Florida, sight unseen. Phil went to the house several times sending photos and videos and checking into all of the important aspects of the house. I cannot say enough good things about Phil. He was honest, knowledgeable, and always responded immediately to e-mails or text. My fiancé and I purchased a home in Florida from Maryland. This made us nervous to put full trust in a realtor to not only help find a home, but to take on the responsibilities of ensuring the property was cared for until we arrived. We feel confident that Phil had our best interest at heart and we trust him. He went above and beyond. He took measurements for the washer and dryer and after we closed Phil has followed up and has continued to make sure everything is going well while we are settling in.
