Let me start by saying we were NOT easy clients. Having met Phil only once and then touring and purchasing our home based on Zoom meetings. Yikes!! We relocated from SoCal and Phil made it so easy to see what was available, understanding our wants and needs. He was patient and was an excellent consultant to us when we needed coaching about pricing or "all things PNW". I would highly recommend Phil to anyone and everyone. He is #1 in our book. And....we will be using him again once we locate a rental property. Can't say enough about him. He's a great person to be on your team through the real estate process!

Phil is a fantastic real estate agent! He was able to help us through the homebuying process as a true professional. His extensive experience in the homebuying industry was evident from the moment we had our first conversation with him. Our unique situation meant that we had only 2 days with Phil before we had to pursue remote options to view and buy a home, and Phil was ready to help with that challenge, and all the other challenges along the way.

Phil was able to quickly determine exactly what we wanted and what we were looking for in a house. Every time he viewed a house for us, he was able to accurately determine what we would like or dislike and was able to easily accommodate remote video calls to view houses. He was able to zero in on the houses we would like and know which ones we would prefer before we did. We had complete confidence the house we bought would be exactly what we wanted without us having physically set foot inside the house, and we were not disappointed. It was perfect!

I would not hesitate to recommend Phil as a real estate agent to anyone. He walked us through the entire process, made sure to provide great communication with us, and made sure we were well informed about anything we were unsure of. Phil is a very experienced professional that we loved working with!

Phil Harlan and his crew made the process of selling our home such a stress free experience! He was able to survey our property and quickly assess what areas needed attention in order to maximize the home's appeal. His extensive connections among a wide range of specialists allowed us to rapidly address such areas as carpet, paint, landscaping and minor repairs and position the property for listing in short order.

The home showed beautifully and within a handful of days we had a dozen competitive offers, ultimately leading to a successful sale. I highly recommend Keller Williams Realty because when Phil Harlan took control he worked magic. When we were ready to sell, he had his photographer come in on a Friday to take pictures, then put the house on the market on the following Monday and it sold the next day on Tuesday. To our surprise, he managed to get $20,000 over asking.

If you're a first time home buyer, I highly recommend Phil. He's knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. He doesn't mind answering questions that others may think of as common sense. We fully trusted him and the information he gave us. There were multiple times where he said he thought we could find better and he was right. We ran into a few problems with sellers, keys, etc. but he worked very hard to make sure we got into the house on our closing date because he knew just how important this was too us. If and when we decide to sell our house we will definitely be contacting Phil.

Phil was my agent for the purchase of a rental property four years ago. Recently I had a rush need for an inspection report for a refinance I was doing and Phil went above and beyond. I rarely rate 100% because there is always room to grow. And even at 100% there is always room to improve for a 6 star rating. This was my first time selling a home. I didn't know a whole lot. Phil was not only professional but he was extremely responsive. Within minutes I had an answer that was clear and concise. Verbally conversing with him was no exception and he offered such a familial tone that I felt very comfortable with not only not knowing much but also knowing I was in good hands. Phil correctly gauged the market value of my home after some advice that I ought to do to get it up to that market value. Then within one week of listing and multiple viewings I had 2 offers $15K over Phil's recommended listing price. Sale on the house closed 30 days later. It is clear to me that Phil not only knows what he is doing but he also knows the area and the housing trends and also the type of people that are looking for "your" type of house. Phil also was able to settle my nerves and my apprehension to the point that I knew without a doubt I would be getting tremendous value on the sale of my house. It's too bad there is only one Phil Harlan, because he really should be cloned across the country. For a first-time seller he was a God send. And for an experienced seller I know he would be a valuable asset where you can sit back and know that Phil has your best interests and needs in mind. Keller Williams and Phil Harlan would be my first choice if I ever need to make another house transaction in the area. THANK YOU PHIL!!!!

I’m in TX and needed to sell my home in WA immediately. My home was on the market last year for 3 months and had no luck but I was working with a different realtor. A co-worker recommended Phil & I contacted him when I was ready to sell my home again. I was a bit worried after my last experience. Phil conducted an inspection of my home a day after the tenants moved out & immediately contacted me to discuss minor recommendations. I agreed & in less than 2 weeks my home was on the market.
