Phil Richardson

Phil Richardson has made his home in Arizona for 22 years. He and his wife, Julie, have been married 23+ years. They have four sons, and eight grandchildren. He has been involved in real estate in the area since 1993. In 2002 he was awarded the Realtor of the Year award by the Glendale-West Maricopa Board of Realtors®, some 5,000 members strong. He has served on the Glendale-West Maricopa Board of Directors for eight years, and served as President in 2005.during his term as President he was instrumental in the merger with the Lake Pleasant Board of Realtors. To form the West Maricopa County Association of Realtors (WEMAR). He has served on the Wickenburg Town Council, Wickenburg Planning and Zoning Commission for seven years, with two years as Chairman. He has served on the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Country Club Board of Directors, Desert Caballeros Board of Directors, Wickenburg Economic Development Committee, and Wickenburg By-Pass Oversight Committee. Currently sits on the Desert Caballeros Museums Boyd Ranch Committee. In his spare time, he enjoys horseback riding and working on his ranch property.
