About Phil

Originally hailing from the Kansas City area, Phil Shafer relocated to the Lake of The Ozarks in 1989. In 1999, he resigned from his position at Port Arrowhead Marina as Manager and ventured into the world of real estate in 2000. The Lake of the Ozarks holds a special place in Phil's heart, introduced to him as a very young kid by his parents through their family cabin. Having raised both his children at the Lake and fortunate to have parents retire there, Phil sees the 'Lake' as a wonderful place to live. He takes joy in sharing the experience of 'Living The Dream' with others and finds it incredibly rewarding to help people fulfill their dreams at the Lake.
