Born in New York City and raised in the streets of Queens, I grew up a Mets Fan immersed in the art of hospitality, with my family running a string of beloved French restaurants. In the early '90s, we traded city lights for the beauty of the Catskills, opening Chateau Belleview near Hunter Mountain—a cozy French restaurant that became a local gem. The Catskills became my home ever since.
With degrees in Economics and International Finance from the University of Buffalo, I dove into the fast-paced world of Sports, Arts, and Entertainment. From rubbing shoulders with legends like Muhammad Ali and Peyton Manning to collaborating with artists like Peter Max and Charles Fazzino, and even working with The Cast of The Sopranos, I thrived on bringing big ideas to life. A decade ago, I ignited my passion for real estate, teaming up with the Legendary Win Morrison. Fusing old school with new school ideas, we create unforgettable real estate journeys.
Now, I specialize in the Catskills’ most extraordinary properties—think sprawling private estates, boutique hotels, iconic golf courses, and charming restaurants. I’m also privileged to work with three historic Catskill Mountain Private Parks: Twilight Park, Onteora Park, and Elka Park, with tons of history and timeless beauty. My greatest adventure, though, is raising two incredible boys with my amazing wife, Vanessa, right here in the Catskills—a place we adore for its breathtaking beauty and tight-knit community.
