Mr Philip Alexander has been our family realtor for many years now. We have purchased 3 houses thru him. He is very thorough and detail oriented. With his many decades of experience he is able to very quickly tell the clients how good a home a place could be as well as a future investment. He is very friendly with both clients and seller agents. Extremely trust worthy too. There are many houses that we thought would be great for us, but he takes effort to advise why it wouldn’t be. We have found his honesty and commitment amazing in that manner. It’s a lot of fun hanging out with him during the open house trips. He treats clients with respect at the same time like family. Good luck for his future endeavors and we wouldn’t miss an opportunity to purchase another house thru him.

I was a first time home buyer in 2013 and I chose Philip to be my realtor. I found Philip to be sincere and trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. He always seems to be on top of the market conditions and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate business. He has the tenacity to pursue the offer to its end and often plays a good role in negotiating a good deal for his clients. In one particular instance Philip helped me to cleanly get out of an offer that closed on me , by diplomatically talking to the seller and pulling out of an otherwise hasty offer.
