About Philip

As a lifelong resident of Gaston County, I became a licensed real estate broker for both North and South Carolina in 1997. After many years of working with the firm my family started in 1983, the firm was sold and I joined PMI Realty in 2015. I became the Broker In charge of PMI Realty in January 2016. PMI Realty then became Weichert Realtors - PMI Group. Still following? I then joined EXP Realty in 2021 in order to further my career and offer more to buyers and sellers.

During my career, I have helped some awesome people with their real estate transactions. I still love the feeling of helping them, whether it's buying their first home, selling in order to downsize or even build their dream home.
Over the last 9 years or so, I have spent most of my time handling REO and foreclosure properties for banks, as well as investors looking to build a portfolio that is right for them.
