I cannot even fully describe how great of an agent Phil is.
I have known him for about 15 years. I knew he had become an agent but never thought anything of it.
In 2020 my sister started house hunting. Agents were not getting back to her or taking her seriously. I told her I knew someone that could help. He even helped us when houses were selling in under 24 hours.
He had told us to use Homesnap because they were more up to date. He was right a few weeks later my sister snagged a beautiful townhouse..
Fast forward to a few weeks ago.. I had been searching on Homesnap and found a home I was interested interested in. Reached out to the best agent I know. A few weeks later I signed and now I’m a happy home owner!!!
Phil is great!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I will if anyone ever ask me if I know someone!!!!

Phil made the sale of my home a breeze! He was professional and courteous. He toured my home prior to putting it up for sale, and made suggestions on what to fix up prior to listing. I would highly recommend Phil to all of my friends and family!
