Philip was an excellent broker. He knows the market, stuck with us through a difficult purchase and was extremely patient. When things were tense, he remained calm. Perhaps his best characteristic is that he did not pressure us in any way. He is a real professional and I would definitely recommend him. I’ve come to know Phil as a fellow volunteer at the Cave Creek Tourism Bureau and a member of our community as well. Phil’s congeniality and dependability are definitely his salient qualities. I have never worked with Phil, but let me tell you what I have done; I have had dinner with him many times in the last year. Do you know what happens? Every single time, we meet people who he knows and who love him. They are past clients, people who he has done a favor or 10 for, normal people. Most realestate agents are focused on what people can do for them, but the one thing I have seen and know believe about Phil is that he cares so much about helping others.

I know without a doubt when I buy a house I will want to use him just because there is no-one else i can imagine helping me through the process. I look forward to being one of the guys that sees phil and are like; that guy did big things for me.

Philip Henn by far is one of the most experienced, articulate, professionals I've had the privilege of working with Philip at the Corcoran Group in Brooklyn, NY. Seeing Philip always smiling, running to an appointment, hand holding both sellers and buyers ( renters and landlords as well) he was the king of the Toy Factory in Downtown Brooklyn; a pioneer most would say! processing board applications, always helping his fellow colleagues out etc etc. Along with always being on the "hunt" for his next project/ listing while being a force with his sellers and renters.
